  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can book online via our website – simply click on "Make an appointment" at the top or bottom of every page. Prefer a more personal touch? Call us at any time during the salon's opening hours.

  • What do I need to know before my first visit?

    Come as you are. We will guide you every step of the way. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in, especially if you are a new client.

  • How long do treatments take?

    Most sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the service. You will find the estimated times listed on our treatment pages when booking.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes! Treat someone you love to a glow-up. Gift cards are available in the studio or online and can be used for any service.

  • What are your cancellation policy?

    We kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations or rescheduling. Charges may apply for no-shows or late cancellations.
